Building a home is more than a job for us, it is a responsibility, a passion, and an honor. Our attention to detail and

OUR TEAM
Billy and Sarah Brawner are joined by Suzy Colquitt and Tommy Barnhart to make up Our Team. The thrill of working
together from plan design through closing is a trademark of Brawner Custom Builders. The collaboration, trust and
expertise are evident through each stage. Each team member brings an incredible amount of knowledge and wisdom
only gained through years of home building and restoration.
OUR STORY
Billy and his wife of 27 years, Sarah, have always called Texas home. They have three grown children scattered about,
and enjoy going from child to child to visit. Trusting Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior, the Brawner’s
strive to live their faith through each and every aspect of life. Billy and Sarah love building homes and count
Brawner Custom Builders a true blessing.
